Reading Notes: Ramayana B

Bharata Returns
This would be a great story for my blog because it would show the perspective of another brother. I love the loyalty that Bharata and Shatrugna display for their brother, and Bharata's humility in not accepting the throne. It also could be cool to write a flashback scene about a time when all the brothers had a conversation about who should be king and why, or maybe about a time when Rama showed Bharata extreme loyalty.

Kabandha
I love the story of a mistaken identity. I think this would be a really fun scene to write about, and to think of a way to modernize it. I did a little extra research and found that Kabandha was a musician. It may be fun to have the brothers figure out that he was under a curse because they heard him singing, or maybe they were singing when they found him. Kabandha could sing to the brothers in a grand performance the information about Sita, instead of simply telling them.
